We carefully inspect our products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Our artificial flowers and decorative arrangements are designed for long-lasting decorative use under normal indoor and outdoor conditions.

Warranty Coverage

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged during shipping,

• defective upon arrival,

• or significantly different from the product description,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, DERE CRAFT LLC may offer:

• a replacement product,

• store credit,

• or a refund when applicable.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,

• exposure to extreme weather conditions,

• improper cleaning methods,

• modifications made by the customer,

• or damage caused after delivery.

Color fading or minor shape adjustments that may occur over time due to outdoor exposure are considered normal product aging and are not covered under warranty.

Outdoor Product Information

Many of our outdoor artificial flowers are made with UV-resistant materials; however, long-term exposure to direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions may gradually affect product appearance over time.

We recommend proper placement and regular maintenance to maximize product lifespan.
